Yeah as Wendy mentioned, we have been oodles of times.
It`s one of those places where an ADR is essential [pesky dining plans strike again :frown:] and like most on site restaurants, it ain`t cheap but the food is good.
There is a convenient bar on the floor above which is great to hang out until your table is ready.
On our last 2 visits we had one of Ricardo`s friends as a server which was nice, and also we had some complimentary champagne presented by the manager.

Oh, we didn't know about the bar above! I am making a note of that for when we eat there next year! :)

Do you mean the Bellvue lounge in the BWI, Terry? That's the only bar I can picture in that area. If so, it's a nice little place, Debs. It has outdoor seating too.

Outdoor seating? One of the things we are always looking for! We will definitely be going there then! Thanks Tink :)

Yes, it's a balcony style, and overlooks the courtyard area of the boardwalk entry (by that I mean the main entry for the hotel, from the boardwalk side). Last I knew there were comfy padded chairs, although only a partial view of the lagoon, and actual boardwalk.

We love Flying Fish. Donna doesn't do seafood, but she indulges me and always finds something on the menu that she will eat. We normally start our evening up in the Bellevue Lounge.

Another big vote for Flying Fish. It's Jon's favorite restaurant on property. Hang on...I think I have some photos from our last visit...

Here's a few photos from our last visit...sorry they're so dark, I took them with my phone.

    Cheese selection (and martini!)

This was a lovely little amuse-bouche that our server brought us (at no charge) after we chatted at length about our shared love of cheese :) It was so tasty!

Short ribs for Jon - devine.

Mozzarella di Bufala alla Caprese for Me (I was so full from the cheese, all I had room for was...more cheese!)

    Delightful dinner :)

The Bellvue Lounge is indeed a lovely place, we spent a rainy day afternoon holed up there playing Scrabble :)

The only thing that I find odd about the FF is that in order to go to the restrooms you have to leave by the door adjacent to the podium, walk through the adjacent sweet shop [again can`t remember its name!] and use the restooms to the rear of the shop!

Yes, the public restrooms for that area are the one set that is between what used to be Kouzzina's (Spoodle's) and The Sweet Shop. Weird set up for sure.

Not really what you expect from a Signature restaurant!
