Rumor is that free dining for 2015 is being released on April 24th
hmm, do they do holidays like Easter time?
No idea yet, but they usually include school holidays.
hmmm, double edge sword then.
Free food, but very busy and ADRs an absolute must for pretty much everything then :/
It seems that if you're in the Uk, free dining is available pretty much all year round.
i don't think they do Easter but i may be wrong. ADRs are pretty much essential any time of year now, you may be lucky at slower times but if you really want to eat somewhere it's best to book. Free dining saved us a packet when we last went as a family, gannets that they are!
It's usually Easter and Christmas they don't offer free dining.
You still need to plan every meal six months in advance now because so many people pay for the dining plans. Really spoilt the whole experience for us. Now fastpass + has come too it's taken any spontaneity we had left and stomped all over it.
Not that I'm bitter or anything.
yeah completely agree - we loved park hopping and just going with the flow
It's part of the reason why we stay offsite now. So much good food available out there.
2015 haven't been 2014 yet
I wonder how longer free dining will continue for?
When it first came out I understood it was down to an economic downturn and to help backfill empty restaurant tables, but now that they're rammed and the global economies are finally on the up (albeit slowly!) will free dining shortly become a thing of the past?
I think they have people hooked and they'll gradually increase the prices. They've also got a lot of people wanting to stay onsite that wouldn't have tried it. It also keeps people onsite for longer, buying drinks and lots of other things boosting profits.
