    Hi
We are coming up quick and fast to being able to book our ADRs and was wondering what peoples opinions were of The Garden Grill in epcot? When we go there will be my mum and dad my husband and Zac who will be 20 months old. Is it worth the money? And also is it a buffet or set menu?
    Thank you

We've never eaten there but it is a Family Style all you care to eat meal, not a buffet.

I haven't been for a long time since we've been, way back in the days when you they had the Re-Hitching Ceremony

I don't know if this helps but you can see an adult's menu here and a childs menu here

We went by there yesterday, and it seemed to be pretty well attended. For some reason, we've never had a meal there. Not sure why. Chip and Dale were there (or at least one of them was) and Mickey. Folks seemed to be having a good time.

The rotating thing had always put me off as I get a bit motion sick sometimes

It rotates SO slowly, I never even notice.

We've never had a "proper" meal there, but does anyone remember the "Ice Cream Social"? We used to do that every trip!

I do recall always thinking the food looked nice when we'd pass by - I think I'd give it a try...

Yes, I believe it was!! Though they may do it during "proper meals" as well. I do miss that event, it was such an economical way to enjoy a character meal...

It's probably oud favourite character meal. We've done it several times now. The characters are really interactive and spend loads of time with you. Chip and Dale are little tinkers - you need to be careful of them ;)
As for the rotating thing, I honestly didn't even realise it rotated until I glanced up and we were somewhere else :)

We did the Ice Cream Social several times! Best value on property!

I have eaten at the dinner a couple of times. It was pretty good. It's all you care
to eat but it is a set menu and they bring it to the table. The restaurant revolves
very, very slowly. I didn't even notice till I looked at the scenes for Living
    with the Land.

My only issue with this restaurant is that the seats are all half circle booths so it makes
it somewhat difficult to get people in and out for photo ops with the characters.

Sue, we have eaten there three or four times. We do love it for the character interaction, as well as pretty decent food. Just don't do Mission Space first!

I'd be more apt to not do MS AFTERWARDS.

Yeah John, well not directly after for sure. One of the trips we did eat directly after MS. Not a great idea. Sue the only issue with the revolving doesn't involve motion sickness but rather confusion on finding your party after waiting some time in the restrooms, guess you need to drop bread crumbs along the way:lol:

Ha ha ill be sure to make a bread trail when I go to the restroom. Knowing my luck I'd find myself sitting down with a completely different family lol
