I bought the Hummingbird cookbook and at the weekend tried the choc brownie receipe and it was so easy and tasted delicious definately one to try.

In the book it tells you have to make all the different frostings etc for cupcakes etc.

Anyone looking for a receipe let me know and will send it over to you

It is the original brownies not the ones with frosting I made. WIll try the cocnut and pineapple ones, have you made any of the frostings yet?

Susie WW points I would say stacked with 200gr dark choc and 325gr sugar!!! But you only need a small piece anyway!

I made the carrot cake this week and it was yummy. I have also made cupcakes and the spice pound cake. My only concern although they are yummy is how much sugar they use.
I make jamie's fifteen brownies, they always go down well home here.
