I had a dream last night that I was trying to look between Orion's legs but every time I got a look the teacher I'm working with kept adjusting my focus. I got very cross with her but she told me off for trying to look at Orion's boy bits.

I haven't discussed this with said teacher - I like her and don't want her to be scared of me.

Ok I nearly got one of those a 5 inch reflector on the SLT Alt Az mount - big plastic arm holding one side slightly curved.

nice starter scope - not sure what he means about taking photos - has he given you a modified webcam to go along with it then?

If you can see venus - put in the time and date, pick your nearest city - TBH London would probably do and align on it using 'solar system align' find venus in the eyepiece and click enter and it should keep a track on it for you
