If so, is it just booking directly with Disney or do they act as a travel agent if you book a package trip?

    For example:
If any perks, such as free dining, came out after booking would they automatically add it to your booking?
If there was a problem with the flight, such as a cancellation, would they sort that out for you?

    Thank you. :)

I've used them to book hotels+tickets but never flights.

My experience with them is that they're treated by Disneyworld itself as more of a travel agent than just another branch of Disney.

Not that I've had LOADS of problems but if the last time we bought 14 day tickets with the package, checked into hotel (POR) and no park tickets. I could show them on the booking but they couldnt see on the system. Two hours later we were still at the front desk and they called the UK and various people. It took three more days to sort it out during which, ok, they gave us one day passes at the front desk but it was still a pain and each day we had to explain again to new people at the desk etc.

Several times they told me that Disney UK were "a UK travel agent" and "not part of Disney" so they didn't have access to their systems and so on.

couple of years ago  It's not stopped me using them, this year they were the cheapest for hotels In December and the 21 day ultimate etc... would I book a full holiday from them? Well, if it was the best value I would but I'd be aware its not "disney proper"

Normally I spend months researching, planning, booking etc but for the next trip I'd really like a no-hassle trip where a travel agent does everything for me. :)

I assumed booking with them was booking direct with Disney.

I've used complete Orlando a couple of times and have nothing but good things or say about them, both accommodation and ticket package and the whole lot last December. They wear always the cheapest too

I have used Florida Master and they were cheaper than Thomas Cook! I got the Animal Kingdom hotel for the same price as Coronado Resort!

We've booked the entire package through Disney for our trip this year. They are now part of Disney and based in the USA. This has been the case for around 12 months. This is so that all uk bookings can be part of the my magic plus system I was told.

Our last trip was booked through Disney also but this turned out to be a subsidiary of virgin Atlantic acting on behalf of Disney. We had a few problems with the dining plan but other than that it was fine.

The reason we booked through Disney was as we booked ago far in advance we wasn't able to book any flights, Disney offered us the chance of reserving these meaning I don't have to worry. As it turned out we have paid an extra £5 per person per flight compared to virgins recent prices, so for the peace of mind I think it was worth it.

We've used them the last 4 or 5 times and (so far) have never had a problem. We got $200 for each booking to spend in 2012 and again for this year (and I made 3 bookings all together) so that was a bonus. They've always been incredibly helpful but then I've only ever spoken to the WDW USA for bookings etc 'cos it's a toll free number
