It's time to take advantage of our annual passes. We are leaving tonight and driving 16-19 hours to Orlando. When we leave NYC it should be around 15 degrees Fahrenheit and when we arrive in Orlando tomorrow it should be around 65 degrees. We will check into the Rosen Plaza for 1 night before heading over to Pop Century for 6 nights. This trip has a different feeling because we were just there less than 2 months ago and I haven't yet had Disney withdrawals. This is also the first trip without my son which I am okay with but on our last few trips he and my daughter would run around the parks together while my wife and I would go and have a few adult beverages at La Cava, Tune in Lounge and Dawa bar .I guess there will be none of that this trip.

It will be a strange trip without your son BH, but you'll be able to make a different type of memory.

It's great being an Annual Pass holder and being able to go as often as you can

I must admit I don't envy your long drive, but it will be worth it when you get there.

    Have a great trip :hug2:

The drive is a bit long but I find it to be a bit therapeutic, I kind of get lost in my own thoughts for hours at a time. The ride home is the part that I hate most, I feel like it takes forever to get home

Oh I know what you mean about going home, the flight always seems longer on the way home when in fact it is actually quicker.

Looking forward to hearing about it and seeing your photos.

I know you do but drive carefully :hug2:

Hope your drive is going well. The weather in the north east is not the greatest. Safe journey and have a wonderful time!

Hope you are enjoying your visit here. It's chilly, but no where near the cold of the northeast, eh?

Sorry I haven't been able to post photos or post responses. On the way down I left my iPhone 6+ in a gas station in Emporia Va. The local police have the phone and they will ship it to my home. I am posting this from the wife's phone. I have actually enjoyed the freedom of not having my phone with me.

Wow... Thank goodness for 'Find my iPhone', right?!

Don't let it ruin your trip... there's plenty to do and plenty of pictures to take!

I miss your reports, but I'm very glad your phone is not lost! You deserve a huge break and that's what having no phone has given you!

You will have to fill us in when you get home, of course. :D

When I get home I will post a few more weeks photos.... We are having a blast although we are missing my son. The weather has been all over the place....warm and then cold and sunny and some rain but nothing has stopped us from having a great time. We have done all four parks and tomorrow we will hop between Epcot and MK and then Friday we will hit HS before heading to the Wishes Dessert party. We are supposed to start heading north early Satursay but I am trying to get my wife to take off of work on Monday so we can stay an extra day. So far she's not biting. She is a dedicated professional.....uggghhhh
