Yes it is. I also love watching sports and eating at ESPN which is right there on the BW.

Yeah but avoid Big River Brew Pub...at least for dinner. Worst burger ever! Good beer though. Always an upside I guess.

Maybe it was a bad night Molly, but with so many choices there, why give them another chance? I guess everyone is entitled to at least one bad night. Funny thing I never have seen a lot of reports on the place here. I think it gets lost there at BW.

I have not been there at that time of the year but I`m almost sure that the pool is heated and hopefully the outside temperature should not be too cold either.
Although I`m not a swimmer myself, I did however notice how professional the lifeguards appear to be at Vero Beach. Every few minutes they did a walk all around the pool to check that all was ok...very comforting. p015

Big River Brewery - we found ourselves there last week during our day at EPCOT. We wanted a break from the busy-ness of the park and wanted to sneak a peek at our next "home away from home" for October. We had read very little about the Big River Brewery - but I did recall you (and a few others) saying the food was nothing special. As we were QUITE full, we popped in for Jon to try the beer. Turned out, he found one he quite enjoyed! I will say, we didn't see many people eating :)

That's what I am talking about. Seems to be a "miss" place. But the beer was pretty good if I recall. What would some places be less than stellar? Seems to me that they are really not a Disney offering, but more of a franchise player.

Agreed. Given the prime real estate it occupies, you would think it would have to be "on point" consistently or be replaced. The beer was good, but it wasn't that good!

Hi Molly!!! Welcome to Disney Secrets! So happy to have you with us.

We try to go to Vero every couple of years. November may be warm enough to swim.

Another lovely pool for little ones is the Beach Club's Storm Along Bay. They actually have that really cool sand "beach!" Kidani Village at Animal Kingdom Lodge is a fabulous pool/water area for little ones. You'll not even want to worry about the parks! :D

Looking forward to getting to know you~!

Thank You for the welcome and the information on the pool. Do they have a baby pool at Vera Beach? The Beach Club's pool is the best it is almost like a Water Park.
