Welcome to Disney Secrets! You'll be on the road before you know it.

The longest bit (depending upon where you are in Texas) is the panhandle through the big bend to WDW. Florida is a much larger state than many realize.

If you stick with I 10 to 75/turnpike to 429 you'll be fine (don't know where your family are, so detours may be necessary)! LOL. Those main roads are well equipped for travelers with frequent rest stops with nice picnic areas and gas stations along the routes.

were going on i-20 it's me, my grandmother, and my two younger cousins. shes afraid of water and rocky road, and one of my cousins step-dad told her not to go on i-10 as it is steep and has alot of twists and turns. but i may have to check that out, and also thanks to everyone y'all are all so kind! i've been searching the internet for disney tips and secrets like the free sticker one or free water, just stuff like that. i will have a post up of everything i find that is worth mentioning! once again thank you all!!

Hmmm, wouldn't call I 10 steep, but there are bridges... hard to get here from "there" without going over a bridge or two.

We just came over I 10 (Florida to Louisiana) and had no troubles at all. Nice ride actually! :D

I 20... whew... haven't heard that one in years! :D

    Safe journey.

    Thank you!

and we took I-20 to North Carolina it was fine except for nothing BUT trees:brickwall: The trees were annoying, but with nothing distracting us we had more time for stories about my grandma -shes an amazing story teller! And also, I-20 is well equipped with gas-stations/truck-stops/rest-stops. One question though: Is I-10 more of a two-way street looking highway or an actual HIGHWAY, HIGHWAY? -if that makes sense- like does it have lighting?

:) If you can handle the Dallas "Mix Master" Breanna, you'll do fine no MATTER what road you choose!
