Ummm... are you talking about predictive text? That drives me MAD! You don't mean that do you?
Well all the smartphones, iphone included, try and guess what you're typing and suggest words but I'm sure your current one has that. If you just keep typing letters and ignore suggestions, it types what you put anyway but every now and again you'll get to the end and it'll correct it. Like at the moment I type "well" a lot and "hell" and the iphone keeps changing it to we'll and he'll LOL but you CAN teach it
'Tis true. I tried to type the word "find" the other day and my phone suggested to me that I might want the word "f'ing" instead. I'm almost ashamed to admit that. Almost.
There are so many hundreds of examples but this one is funny
Of course I still remember I sent a text to a new business contact "good to meet you today, let's go somewhere for a nice neck tomorrow"
meant meal sigh
The phone I have now allows me to turn off predictive text. I make enough of my own mistakes thanks! Like the time (recently) I texted Herself and mistyped the nickname for Richard instead of the word I mean.
Ayuh. She was SERIOUSLY confused. And just a little incensed.
I'd asked if she wanted to go out for drinks... or meant to.
Oh my goodness
Baaaaaahaaaahaaaa!!! OMG!! You just made my whole evening!!!
Yep, we got a good laugh out of it after the fact. Considering "all factors" it is pretty funny.
Well that certainly made my day. ROTFLOL

I've thought about buying Her a tin of that "English Dessert" that we can purchase here in World Market to commemorate the event. She'd probably slap me.
BAHHAAHAAA! But it would be sooooo worth it!
that is funny!
