Please tell me anything you know, good and bad!
Mari, at one point my opinion on the Brown Derby was, that like its namesake, it was time to shut the doors and bring something new in. The food, while tasty, was scant for the price you paid. Well they didn't shut the doors but they did bring in a new chef and new management, and it has in my opinion regained some of its lost luster. They are famous for their Cobb salad, but unless you were making that your meal you really needed to share it. Now they have an appetizer portion. Donna and I have eaten here twice under the new chef/management and have been very impressed with our food, as well as the service.
Thank you John
We keep looking for a good option inside HS, and it seems like the Brown Derby is the only one worth trying!
We both enjoyed our last couple meals there. Granted, we may just order a couple of appetizers each, and share the salad. But the food and the service has been excellent!
I have been there a few times and had a good meal each time. We went this past Aug and did the Lunch with an Imagineer. That is a phenomenal experience!!
I must be odd one here! Wasn't impressed when I was there last Sept. the service was awful. I explained to the waiter that I was Deaf and I wanted to ask about vegetarian options.
The impression I had from the waiter that he doesn't have time for me.
So I'm not going back there again I'm afraid.
Oh that's terrible Jeff, you should have asked to speak to the manager.
oh well by the time we had enough as we already had to make complaint at Sci-Fi cafe as they served food cold and didnt wait for us to finish our starter.
Also they made a mistake with my order.
They refunded DP credit so we had a spare credit. We didnt want our DP credit to be refunded at HBD as it was so close to our departure date.
