We normally take the 417 from the Airport. It is a toll road and not all of the booths are manned so make sure you have some US money (quarters) for exact change. There are two Disney exits, both extremely well marked.

It is extremely easy to get to Disney from the airport. There are tons of signs.

i drive over there and it is easy :)

i would say print out the route and have someone in front reading the directions to you and get them to watch for signs. Just take it slow and dont feel you have to go flat out and be aware that they can undertake as well as overtake over there. i tend to stay in the usual lane we travel in over here :) they dont seem to drive as fast as we do over here anyway. you will find driving round the disney and universal area that there are others like you who are unsure of where there going :)
