So a few months ago i bought myself a second hand ipod touch to use while on holiday. Make a few facetime calls, few imessages and to use the my disney experience app.

It has been woeking fine however ive come to put a few more apps on and the thing keeps turning itself on.

ive tried a few things but nothing seems to help.

I suspect its on its way out, but does anyone have any last ideas?

It kind of actually does help.

Makes sence in one way but it should be capable of handling the apps, the ones it can't it has told me.

    Very strange.

Going to see if a factory reset solves the issue :)

My son says you can buy a newer iPod or just do without some of the apps
My youngest had an iPod 4 which he gave to my mom when he had an iPad but mom can't use certain apps as " it's not supported?!?!" It makes me cross as if is fairly new! So all the other older iPods we have are just very expensive radios x
