Cucumber margarita with a chili powder rim at Cava del Tequila
That looks terrrific right around now...was just thinking of you. I was listening to the Live365 Mousehouse Radio and they had the Food Rocks....too funny every time I hear that I think of you and your clan...I want to be your high fiber...hehe
Looks like you are having a blast.
Oh, now that's quite interesting! Herself is a real Cava fan. I like the drinks there too, but I want one or two sips and then move on to another one. That gets pricey, and Herself bears the brunt. Not that the woman can't drink for Ireland. (Shhhhh, don't tell on me, ok)?
Sounds a bit yukky, Becca, but I'm sure it was delicious.
(Or should that be 'they were'? )
ok , to each their own - looks gross to me
Not a tequila fan, Doc? Or, just not the configuration of that particular margarita?
NO thank you.
Awwwww! C'mon John! Where's your sense of adventure?
I don't know...looks pretty good to me! I probably would never have ordered it but I would have been looking over at Becca wondering what that drink was and thinking mine didn't look as cool.
looks like something someone would hand in to be dip tested
too complicated, too much vegetation
12 year old single malt over ice - perfect
Nice plain Hendrick's & tonic for me.
I want one AND I WANT ONE NOW!!
You only have a little while to go and then you can have one
Oh yes, I must have forgotten for a minute!!
LOL. This just cracks me up. No real reason why, but I can almost hear you saying this!
Can you see me stamping my feet too!!
Well, now that you've planted that image!
Thy layers were quite nice actually. Added a lot of depth and was a welcome change of pace to the more "traditional" drinks we were being served on the ship.
Not to say I don't enjoy a good scotch as well...just a different mood.
Cava was particularly fun on this day...we ran into Umberto (remember him from the Tequila tasting lunch I wrote about?) and he sat and chatted with us for nearly an hour!
Well I for one had a serious hankering for one (especially with the third graders yesterday!!! Sheesh wonder what that crew will be like when they become high schoolers)
