I simply love the watch! Simply amazing.....

I am debating if should get iphone6 plus...... If I accidentally buy iPhone 6 plus at US, will it work back home?

I am curious how much the watch would be!

I have mine on contract as I simply cannot afford to purcahse it outright.

Plus I also get minutes and internet that I use :)

It's difficult to make a judgement on that right now, as the contract prices are yet to be announced.

As soon as they are, I'll have an Excel spreadsheet waiting! (sad, I know!)

Thought just that while I was watching -

Came home and the first thing I said to Jon was, "I'm over the fitbit, I'll have a new iPhone." I think I'll go for the 6, though. Not quite ready to give up my one-handed typing/texting. Now the only thing to decide is - buy it outright, or finally give up my unlimited data...

No problem. I have a quick mockup I did a couple of days ago using the current iPhone 5s prices.

It's really basic, but when the prices are announced, just plug them into the sheet and it will tell you the overall cost over two years. The cheapest overall shows in green text.

Give me your email address and I'll send it to you. (it won't let me upload a .xlsx file)

Yikes, I am so out of it. I get the family hand me downs as my DD and DW use up the renewals of contract. Stuck with a Blackberry with keys so small you need a microscope to type anything. Hence, I hate to text and never I mean never use the web browser. Almost pulled the trigger last contract renewal for an iPhone. Heck would even take one of the 4's. That would be a quantum leap for me.

I'll be buying unlocked/off contract as always and attaching it to a basically unlimited everything including data and including "use data/phone/texts from your allowance whilst abroad" for 15-20 quid a month sim on three.

For work I bought the 5s for people on a 12month contract (so they could upgrade every year) and each 32GB handset cost about £250 and the monthly term was £40. I felt that was reasonable given the handset itself would've been about 649 to buy.

...but I just prefer buying the phone and then just buying the contract separate so I know exactly what's being charged for what component

Actually it isn't the phone, Verizon's plans are so expensive (well to me anyway). It would be an extra $30 a month (per line maybe?).

Keith with O2 they break it up now - one price for your phone and one price for your contracted use so you can work out precisely what you are getting

TBH always been happy with O2 and their customer service, when I've worked out the price it always been good overall

I worked it out that using the former iPhone 5s price I would save almost £300 by switching it pay to go..... But don't want to be snob but pay to go remind me of my student days!
