    Chris it's fascinating. When I was younger I used to do a lot of camping and on clear summer nights my friends and myself would lie in the middle of a field and wonder what might be up there. You finally beginning to make me understand. :D

    I'll buy a tripod after Christmas. :lol:

    oh wow i can see the moons just, im sure i saw thes planets on friday night and last night too, totally the 2 brightest objects in the sky but couldnt take photos from my garden as they were hidden on friday but forgot to look on monday :(

    The brightest objects are right Mick after the sun it goes Moon, Venus, Jupiter - they are by far the three brightest things you can see

    chris i think ive said before ive been hooked on space since apollo 8 in 1968 i think it was.....and im sad as everytime we go to wdw ksc is the 1st to get dropped, i so want to go to see the saturn 5 beastie boy its awesome

    it's around £15 and have asked sil for it, can't wait with that and my new flash gun! won't have a problem with light then :thumbsup:

    Went and had another look last night...it was still there, just a bit further apart....Baleigh was quite proud of herself as she'd been able to share all about it in school the next day and write about it in her Science log. Thanks to you guys, I look like a star parent :wink:
