I think they are called Wishes arent they? Anyway - when we visited last year we didnt get to see them because the day we went to MK they had MVMCP on that evening so we had to leave the park. Is it the general rule of thumb that on an evening when MVMCP isnt happening they have the fireworks?

    Good question

I have absolutly no idea, but it makes sense...

OTherwise the only people who would be able to enjoy them are the ones who paid to go to the MVMCP

Yes. If there isn't a special ticketed event, like the Halloween party or the Christmas party, Wishes will be on at varying times. Sometimes it's on at 8:00 pm, other times later. It depends on the time of year, and the day of the week.
