So in May we're going to be travelling with premium service thomas cook for a change. They do a twilight checkin at manchester the night before the flight which sounds like it's a good plan! Now, we're useless on the morning of the flight we get picked up at some insane time like 5am because we worry about traffic, then, half asleep, we stumble through the airport and wait for hours in a boring lounge until the 9 hr flight arrives. I can't help thinking that all signs point to staying at a hotel the evening before! I've tried a quote from the raddison blu at manchester (is this the best one?) and it's £200 basically which sounds like rather a lot :/ I mean I'll pay it if it's worth it but is it???
