Wow, I didn't know that you couldn't book an ADR for one. That's silly.

We went there in March and it was FREEZING in there, we should really have worn fleeces. Server was not the greatest, started clearing the plates before one of us had finished eating and was really trying to hurry us. However, the food was good. I would go back again but there are others I'd go for first.

This has been on our "list of places to try" for a couple of years now, but we've never *quite* managed to get there. The menu does interest me, and I've read enough good reviews to at least give it a chance; the problem is, I usually don't remember to book it until the only tables available are ones that don't really work with our schedule...I'll have to keep trying!

The first time we ever went there we had been to the Grand Floridian Tea that afternoon and I think I was still overstuffed from that. At any rate a trout dish caught my eye, though Donna told me not to get it. I ordered anyway and was less than impressed. It took a while before I was willing to go back but I think we have eaten there twice since then and have been very satisfied with both the food and the service. We do have a tendency to space out our order however, so that there is no chance of getting our entrees while the app is still unfinished.

I love trout but only when it's very carefully cooked and sadly nowhere at Disney has managed that yet. We tried it at citricos and gawd it was bad :/

not had trout for ages, not many places seem to offer it. I guess it's expensive and harder to cook than a steak

Keith I used to love it when properly done. But now I don't like messing with the small bones.

We've never been, mainly because we've heard not so good reviews about the place. It would be nice to hear some positive reviews.

I have been 3 times and had good experience especially the time when a couple heard I come back to Florida on my own after I lost my wife and when I asked for the bill was told they had paid it and they already had left so I could not thank them

If I leave aside the server who was (and is, as she's still there) a nasty cow and I won't apologise for saying so.....

... we once turned up spur of the moment and they had a table by the window. The place was packed out with a few parties and so it was noisy and hustle, bustle. We thought hmmmm... but somehow it was just one of those evenings when everything came together. The folks around were so friendly, the servers great. Loads of us went outside and cheered at the water pageant as it went by then back into the restaurant for an awesome meal.

    It definitely CAN be awesome

It could be, it was very special what happened and that may be the reason.

With all the horrible things that are going on in this world, it's nice to know that there are still some kind and thoughtful people around.
