Well the nice red virgin holidays envelope arrived yesterday, wow, it's felt like a LONG time coming. Although this year has gone pretty quickly it's been a heck of a time with one thing or another and I'm more than ready for the holiday in May

We're going with virgin from manchester as usual, it was a little cheaper via virgin holidays so we did that with vroom and hire car.

Estas all done, API filled in, seats on plane booked, and Alamo online checkin done too.

Even despite all that, I'm in one of those "I'm not sure I've planned this one :/" mode. I get the feeling I'll be wondering what I've forgotten at 4am on the day we're supposed to go.

We have EPCOT on the first evening, assuming we can get there in time. Le Cellier booked for 8:50pm so the idea is to go in, sit down, order and ask them to keep it for 20mins whilst we watch the fireworks from outside. Then back in for a nice meal, followed by a leisurely walk out back to the boardwalk to pick up the car.

We have Victoria&Albert booked for the last time we'll be able to use our table in wonderland card to pay for the 20% gratuity.

A couple of "be our guests" and of course a trip up to Tampa to visit Berns Steakhouse

Other than that, I'm not sure yet!

Going to look up Berns Steakhouse as we are in Tampa a few times each visit to Florida.

I really rate it... (I don't rate their reservations system but that's another story ;-).

It's amazing how inexpensive it is, certainly relative to Disney, and how great the service (in general) is. Food amazing, it's just clear they know their stuff.

Definitely do the kitchen and wine cellar tour, and then ask for your own "cask" in the upstairs dessert room.

I'm smiling typing this looking forward to going back.

It's a weird place to find, on a very generic street and the decoration is haunted mansionesque checkin area and then each dining room is a different design from a different era as they grew.

I enjoy every visit but the best trips have been those with a server who's really engaged with us and told us stories about their time there. Nearly all the servers have been there forever.

Sounds like you have it all covered, but for doing the laundry the night before you leave. ;)

Don't plan on the Downtown Disney scene, unless you just want to see the chaos caused by the massive construction, which can be fun, as long as you don't feel you must accomplish something while you are there.

The weather is really, really nice right now, but I'm afraid that means we are heading for hot and humid quite soon. :(

You've got our number, so do not hesitate to call if you need anything at all, or if you need help in any way. We still don't do pizza delivery, though. :D We do however, offer a ten year old boy as park companion and all round "keep you on your toes" exercise guru. It's quite a reasonable rate, too! :D

Well as you know, the May trip is DW's sunbathing holiday  so I'd not want her to miss out on her summer holiday. I'll just stay in the air conditioning and wait for winter

Still not full service then :( not even if I offer to share some of the pizza? ;-)

hmmmm I'll have to get back to you on that one

It is indeed quite tempting. Berns is on our "mustdoifweevergetthegumptiontorentacarwhilethere" list...it sounds perfect for Jon and I.
