New Quick Service Dining Plan for 2009

    2009 Magic Your Way Disney Package Plus
    Quick Service Dining
    NEW FOR 2009 - The Magic Your Way Package Plus Quick Service Dining

    This package includes:

    * Stay 1 -10 nights at a Disney Resort
    * Magic Your Way Base Ticket
    * This package includes everything listed in the starter Disney package

    Includes the Disney Quick Service Dining Package:

    Choose from participating Quick Service Restaurants

    * Two Quick Service Meals per person, per night
    * Two snacks per person, per night
    * One Resort Refillable Mug per person, per package

    Meal entitlements for children ages 3-9 are not transferable to adult guests in the party ages 10 and up.

    Everyone in the room must be on the same package and ticket options. All passes must be used within 14 days of first use, unless the No Expiration option is purchased.

    3-Nights at a Disney Value Resort, 4-Day Magic Your Way Base Ticket, Admission to one of the four Walt Disney World theme parks for each day of the pass

    *Disney Rates are valid most nights 1/1/09 - 1/15/09, 1/19/09 - 2/12/09, 8/9/09 - 10/1/09 , 11/29/09 - 12/17/09. The number of packages available at these rates is limited. Junior and Child rates apply only when accompanying room with an adult.

    We just found out the new QS DDP will cost $29.99 a day per adult $8.99 a day per child but that includes a free refillable mug for each person.

    This is some information about the new MYW packages as of January 11:

    * Receive a $15 Certificate valid for food and non-alcoholic beverages and a souvenir merchandise keepsake at Planet Hollywood. VIP Preferred Seating is available from 11am through 6pm. Not valid with any other offers or discounts. (One certificate per room; one keepsake per room; one voucher required for keepsake).
    * One certificate per room for a round of miniature golf at either Disney's Winter Summerland or Fantasia mini-golf courses
    * Arcade Card valid for 30 minutes of game play in arcades located in the Walt Disney resorts (One per room)
    * One Sea Raycer certificate per room entitling the guest to 90 minutes of watercraft rental when purchasing 60 minutes. This offer is valid for up to 5 guests at the following resort marinas: Caribbean Beach, Port Orleans Riverside, Coronado Springs, Yacht & Beach Club, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, Ft. Wilderness, Old Key West, Contemporary and Downtown Disney
    * One Walt Disney Travel Company luggage tag per person.

    mmmm interesting. We spent around $40 per counter service meal for all four of us.

    so thats $80 for counter meals and assuming that we spend the maximum on snacks of $4 each- $16

    total $96


    package $120 per night.
    I guess you would make a little if you went for 3 nights and you probably get a dessert- which we wouldn't eat. I wouldn't buy it but i guess if you get it free then i wouldn't turn it down

    I wonder if this is the start of tiered free dining plans

    It's a great idea...gives a less exspensive way to do the dinning plan for anyone that doesn't want to take time out for a sit down meal.

    We simply get the dinning plan for convience. No having to budget money for food lol
