Not excited so far at the new eateries coming to DTD :shrug1:

The upcoming steakhouse looks like it is going to be way expensive at $60 plus per person

According to WDW website, Morimoto Asia is Japanese which is just not me.

Boathouse....we'll have to see when we get the actual menu. Sounds expensive too.
    From WDW site...
The BOATHOUSE will be an upscale, waterfront dining experience that’ll immerse guests both on land and on water with live music, guided tours aboard the Captain’s piloted 40-foot Italian Water Taxi with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries and guided Amphicar rides that launch from land, enter the water, and take guests on a 20-minute tour of the landmarks of Disney Springs.

“We are very excited that the BOATHOUSE is joining the Walt Disney World family at Disney Springs,â€￾ says creator Steven Schussler. “Walt Disney Imagineering has created a wonderful, interactive, culinary and entertainment experience at Disney Springs. We are proud to be part of this magical experience.â€￾

I'm looking forward to them opening as well, from what I've read it is all good. I don't think $60 for a steak is bad when you compare it to other good steak restaurants.

Are there any dates for the Restaurants mentioned? I am being purely selfish here as I am going in Sept, and my ADRs are due in about a month.

With our usaual limited time at WDW (five days max) we hardly ever go there. Think the last time was when our DD was 6 now 24! We went to the Disney Store and purchased a set of Disney stoneware that we still use to this day. So I guess it would have to be pretty good to get us away from the parks and resorts. Lord knows we only did Planet Hollywood once, never again. Is that going the way of the dodo as well?
