Has anyone else read these articles I dont know if I'll bother going as I dont want to be pulled out of a line because some universal kid thinks I look too large :(

Are you too big to ride Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey? | Orlando Attractions Magazine News

"There are lots of reports that people do not fit - even standard men with broad shoulders, tall men ( over 6' 3") , Larged bottomed women, beer bellies or big boobies etc. It seems quite a few have not made the seats- and reports that Universal staff are pulling people out of the queue to test them - one woman said she had been pulled three times in the space of one queue as TMs did not believe the previous one had carried out their job properly"

That's just so not good. People are just going to be so embarrassed and being pulled out of the ine by various TM's is really wrong

From what I have read, it's not even a matter of being overweight. It's just body size. There are people who are going to be far too tall to ride.

I wonder if they have those test seats out front like they do for most rides. It's embarrassing to try them out but even more embarrassing to be told you can't ride.

If this is the case I will probably not bother visiting Universal at all during any visit to Orlando.

I've heard they are going to have test seats outside of the ride, and they are going to have a few bigger seats made. It's only rumur though so don't quote me on it.

Wow..this looks like trouble no matter how they play it

Making a ride that only holds the "perfect few" doesn't really make that much sense to me

Hmm, that counts me out then :( I haven't been to Universal for years due to the fact that all the big rollercoasters have bucket seats and I can't squeeze my big ol hips into them :( Looks like I wont be going to HP World either!

Is this on the old duelling Dragons ride, have they changed the seats. Im a big fella around 17 stone, big shoulders and tubby ( polite fatsish) and I went on the old duelling Dragons. saw a very large guy sit on the Hulk and they tried to squash him in his seat to no avail. He got off very dejected and a little humiliated. He was at a guess well in excess of 25 stone though.

I'm thinking it might be a good place to set up a Weight Watchers stand, just by the entrance. Dust? Anyone? No?
