Ha! I just sent that song to my sister yesterday, she's just discovering the delights of ebay bargains!
LOL that was very good.
My boys love Ebay, they made £400.00 a few weeks back selling all their old toys. then they spent it on LEGO.
That song is just simply awesome!!!!
good grief lozzy, that's incredible. perhaps we should try to ebay the boys old toys rather than car boot sale them.....
skywatcher, that song's catching - BEWARE!!
at the beanie babies bit - Lisa and I paid for our wedding thanks to the limited aedition Britannia bear Made 4,000 quid in a weekend
It's worth a try, the only thing that drove me made was going to the post office, but apart from that the kids made some good spending money.
It was in the very early days of the Internet - we knew the uS had gone nuts for beanies when we were over there in 1996 and they launched them in the UK with a UK exclusive brittania bear - the local garden centres were just sticking them on the shelves in their dozens for about a £5 note and we put a not e on a message board advertising them at $300 the phone didn't stop ringing all night
To quote George Carlin:
Tom macwave:... wishes he knew a whole bunch of those suckers!)
It was a surreal weekend
The next week we booked our wedding
