    No, I've not tried it although I know I could have. I've only read reports on the experience and honestly, couldn't see where it did much. :unsure: Unless I'm missing something significant...

    One reason why I don`t bother with checking in on line whenever we stay at the GF is that I always hang around at the check in desk hoping to spot if one of the CM`s that I know is on duty.
    It`s very useful in getting a room upgrade, or at least, in getting a room in the building we prefer.....much better than doing things on line IMHO.

    It can be a blessing at busy check in times. We have used it and our line has moved much more quickly.

    We used it last trip and it saved us a 6-8 person queu in AKL

    it does work when they have all your stuff ready and it takes less time for them to give you everything you need :)
