Hiya, in the evenings I spend ages here on Secrets or on FB, Twitter, Google etc. Because I'm using my iPhone I often end up with a headache  and also it's not easy to look at maps, lists etc.
So, my question is... could I buy a really cheap tablet to use instead? I was thinking wi-fi only, 9 or 10" screen, casing colour irrelevant, doesn't need to be new.
Any thoughts please? Thank you. :)

Thanks, Lisa but I want a larger screen than that. :)
Brit, I'll look into that but I think that is a 7" also. :)

If you want to go and have a play around Castle Mall in Norwich has a tech-table with 6 tablets on that you can try out.

I can't believe Keith hasn't replied to this yet :thud:

The one that a few people I know have bought is the Samsung Galaxy 10.1" it is android based though, so I don't know how you will get on with that after using apple  It is about £200 I think

Google Nexus is 10" (I think) and used to be popular but I think the Samsung is supposed to be better.

Those are the only ones I know about sorry.

Ohhhh Keithhhh! Lol. Wendy, my budget is up to £140 so the best ones are out of my price range. Would consider refurbished though.

So.... Pete was able to get a small discount through work so I had enough money to buy an HP Slate 10.
Thank you all very much for your input. :hug2:
