I've been thinking of trying something different this year, snacking our way around World Showcase

I'm fully expecting to have to stop quite a lot of times so I thought, Chris likes his food so why not get a snack from every Country :D

What snacks would you suggest, nothing too huge as we won't make it round

We do this every trip. We have either a snack meal, e.g. Germany/Bratwurst, a sweet snack, e.g. Italy/cannoli or a drink e.g. France/champagne. You can either have a look at the menus before you go to give yourself an idea or just randomly choose something unusual at each country. Have fun!

Aren't you going to be there during F&W Festival? If not, then stop in Kringla Og Bakeri in Norway, Sommerfest in Germany, Tangierine Cafe in Morocco

This is truly one of our favorite things to do, ESPECIALLY during the F&W Festival :)

When the F&W is NOT going on, a few of our favorite places are:

Mexico - Chips & Guacamole (or Queso Blanco) in La Cava del Tequila w/ a margarita or Tequila flight :)
    Norway - Pass.
China - Andrew LOVES the Pot Stickers & Egg Rolls at the Lotus Blossom Cafe (Their smoothies are quite good here as well! Quick Tip: If you're on the DDP, you can actually get the smoothie as a dessert as opposed to those ubiquitous carrot cakes and chocolate cakes.)
Germany - Karamelle-Kuche. Anything. Everything. Two of everything.
Italy - Chocolate and Wine (or Limoncello) at La Bottega
    America - No.
Japan - A sushi roll between the two of us!
Morocco - We LOVE the Tangierine Cafe in Morocco, and will usually stop in and share a wrap (or, if we're there for lunch on the DDP, we'll get the platters - great value)
France - A grey goose slushie. The bread & cheese platter from the bakery. Another slushie. Perhaps a croissant, followed by another slushie. (it's a long way to the UK from France!) (TIP: On the DDP, you can use a Counter Service Credit to purchase a bread and cheese platter, a dessert and a drink. It's a good deal and a nice departure from the burger and fries scene.)
UK - Gotta share an English Bulldog! (for those of you unfamiliar: split Banger stuffed with Mashed Potatoes, Chopped Bacon, Irish Cheddar, and a Spiced Mustard Sauce) HAPPINESS! (and a beer!)
Canada - Not a lot to snack on here, though I do love their ice wine :)

    PHEW! Now I'm starving!

    Let's see...
Mexico, something from the cantina, or a fancy margarita from La Cava. I know you don't drink though, so maybe back to the cantina...
Norway, we really liked the raspberry cake there. Almost anything is good in the bakery.
China, we don't much care for the food here, but I LOVE the bubble q tea
Outback... a soda or an ice cream?
Germany, oooooh loads of choices here, a pretzel, something from the caramel shop, a "wurst" on pretzel bread???
Italy, hmmmmm if you just want a bite, maybe a baci from the shop? Or, if you are hungry, the pizza!
    USA, skip it. Seriously.
Japan, hmmmm... go to the back shop, there are loads of little packets of food to try there. Some even look edible. ;)
Morocco, their sweet cakes are yuuuuuummmmmmy! We like their choices from Tangierine too
France, haven't been to the new counter service since they closed the boulangerie. They have more choices than before, so we'll have to have a good look and see what we'll want to try. We used to really like the cheese plate here...
UK, scotch egg if they have it, cheese plate is nice
Canada... go into the shop and choose a sweet or two...

There are SO many things I want to try in Epcot that I've never tried before and this trip it's going to be almost impossible to sample them all. We will be eating all 3 of our daily meals there, plus sampling Food & Wine Festival goodies, and I swear, they are going to have to roll us out of there! (Not that my husband minds. We'll be there on his birthday, and he would love nothing more than large amounts of delicious food on his birthday.)

Two treats that I absolutely have to try this trip though are the Schoolbread in Norway (I've just heard too much about it not to try it out) and the pork buns in China. My husband and I have wanted to try pork buns forever, so I definitely think those are on the menu when we get there.
