Well first of all it is a GOSPEL brunch, only without any preaching. The music is fantastic. The food is some of the best I have eaten at WDW and includes typical Cajun foods, as well as breakfast foods cooked to order, peel and eat shrimp, carved beef and ham. etc. And lots of desserts. Also the best drink prices you will find anywhere at Disney. $3.00 for Bloody Mary's and Mimosa's.
