Saw that on our news this AM. The water was just pouring out like crazy.
So that's why you're not supposed to tap on the glass. :shocked025:
Thankfully no one was hurt and I hope they did save some of the fish.
That's not good. I hope the fish were rescued.
Whoa! And I thought the cockroach on our table at rainforest cafe was a shock!
I read somewhere that the staff did move the fish elsewhere
so.. make sme a bit less excited about Nemo and the Coral Reef... they do have SHARKS in those tanks...
Good Grief, Brit I would have died. Ugh.
Mari, I'm pretty sure the Coral Reef glass is checked much more often and more thoroughly than the tanks at T-REX.
Not as much as the Manager did! Caitlin and I thought it was hilarious!
It even made the UK news!
Really? I am totally awed. I once ordered a salad at a Red Lobster, and there was a lady bug on the rim of the salad bowl. That was it for me. Nope, nope, nope! And I think lady bugs are a whole lot cuter than roaches!!!
It`s good to know that the Red Lobster caters for us carnivores! :thumbs-up:
we got moved and they didn't charge us for anything and gave us free stuff... the manager was pacing up and down and looked really stressed.
That's good! The manager at Red Lobster was very kind and offered us the earth, but I was so freaked out we had to leave. Who would have thought that one cute little bug would precipitate such a visceral reaction? But it did, so we took our leave after thanking him for trying so hard.
I wouldn't have been able to eat anything there, one roach is one too many for me What I can't see is fine but once I'd seen it I'd have been gone.
