Indeed. After the 2nd or 3rd time we rode it, I notice she was always looking quite intensely...I thought maybe the sound of the chainsaws was frightening her and asked her as much. "NO! I'm just looking for the rabbits!"
C'mon then, who's got an "L" memory!?
Oh me..me..pick me...
L is for laugh floor. We love that place and for what ever reason...I was selected as "That Guy from the Laugh Floor" It made my freakin trip. I felt like the chosen one!! Got a swell sticker out of it too.
Ohhhh a sticker? Did it say That Guy? At least you weren't the churro guy lol
OOOH!! I love that bit! I remember one year we kept repeatedly running into the person we'd seen earlier in the day at the LF who'd been given that part, and every time we saw him we'd yell, "Hey look!! It's THAT GUY!!!" Great story!
On to the letter
Yeah, it was a hoot. I got that a lot...hey maybe that was you busting my chops!!!
Yeah I think I still have the sticker...memories...good times ...yeah. Reads: I was That Guy from the Laugh Floor or something like that.
Actually have been back to the floor a few more times after that. Seems they spread the wealth around. All I can say was they Roz called me out about a dozen times....must have been my day!!
Oh I see someone was having fun with my profile...ha too funny...thanks I think
Wouldn't that be AWESOME?? Six degrees and all that....
And looks like the faeries have been listening to your stories those mischievous faeries!
Ok, can't resist...I'll take M...in the form of a photo, as they say it's worth a thousand words.
Mad Hatter Tea Party - Taken during our "Three Amigos" days while on our Christmas Trip in 2011. It's blurry, it's grainy, and the color is awful...and it may well be one of my most favorite photos of the trip.
N is for night time at MAGIC KINGDOM,BOARDWALK,DOWNTOWN DISNEY
O...hmmmmm...I'm stumped for an "O" memory...I'll have to ponder. Anyone else?
'Ohana. We took my dad with us to WDW in April 2003. It was his one and only time going. He had a blast! Dad's birthday is April 7th so we told our server at 'Ohana that it was his birthday. They sang to him, gave him a cupcake and 2 pretty servers kissed him on each cheek. He was beaming
PORT OF ORLEANS RIVERSIDE my favourite resort
Are we to be done in by the dreaded "Q"?
R: Running through puddles in the MK during our first visit (Herself and I). It had rained and there were puddles all over. We were having so much fun and being silly (and the rain had chased so many guests away!) that we just started running through the puddles. Our trousers were soaked!
Can I just say? I quite like this memory It reminds me of my own, very similar memory, with my children - on our first trip as a family of three. I've never complained about rainy days in Disney since...
Thanks for the reminder
Sage of Time. He lead the Great Millenium Walk which went on to be the Tapestry of Nations Parade (then the tapestry of dreams). I LOVED this "parade." It was original and so interactive. I really wish they would bring it back.
We have the t-shirts... still wear 'em!
T- Tower of Terror. My very first trip to WDW was in 1996. I was SO EXCITED to ride TOT for the very first time. Alysia was too little so she and my grandma waited for me. I stood in line forever it seemed anxiously awaiting this ride. All of the commercials showed everyone standing in the elevator and then being dropped. I'm in line trying desperately to figure out how I am going to manage to STAND while this happens. We get into the library area and sure enough, I think this is it. There is nothing to hold onto! Whew....we were then sent to the line and the ride had seats. No flailing about the room for me
