drops the automatic 10% gratuity. The restaurant now has an area to fill your own drinks. They still have the cards and you pay at the end of your meal.

You go in and get a ticket. You take the ticket to each booth and it gets stamped with what you order. You take the ticket to the cashier at the end of the meal.

We went at least twice and got food to go in Aug. The chicken quesadilla was excellent and massive!

Have never been a huge fan of The Pepper Market, in part because of this "automatic gratuity" but also because their "system" didn't appeal to me. It always seemed a bit odd to me, and I wasn't overly impressed with their food.

Never have been there, but would like to stay at CSR sometime. Now is it that they run it as a concession, and technically not a Disney owned service? Just wondering. It seems like the places in Epcot are like independent restaurants.

Yes, it's operated by the same company that runs the restaurants in the Mexican pavilion at Epcot

My husband fell in love with the burritos at the Pepper Market, and I found the burger absolutely delicious! In fact, everything I ate there was pretty good. As we were on the dining plan, we had a croissant from the bakery as our 'dessert' and saved it for breakfast! The service was a bit hit and miss, and so was our tipping ;-) Overall, I thought it was great, once we'd got to grips with the strange ordering process!
