With a lot more people having access to apps thought it migh be a nice place to just write down what apps you have on yout iTouch, iPhone, Ipad witha very brief description inclding cost so otehrs can try them

As the app store grows to huge proportions I am finding it hard to find stuff unless someone tells me about it or it is featured on the first page or 2

I was reading a science book to Tomas the other day and was trying to explain about soundwaves - he wasn't getting it so I searched for an app and within 20 seconds I had my own oscilloscope and could demonstrate 1st hand - how awesome is that!

So far on my iPhone my favs are

    Angry Birds -59p game
    Goals! - free soccer game
Bad Apples - free puzzle game
Hot Dog Down the Hallway - Naughty but nice free game
    Chess Free
    Knights - 59p arcade game
    Sneezies -59p Arcade game

Sky+ - amazing app to programme your sky + box from anywhere on the planet!!

Torch - which I use more than I thought

    eBay

    Toiletfinder

    Moonmaplite - free and great

    and Planets - Free

    on the ipad

    Angry Birds
    Labyrinth2
    Godfinger
    Need For Speed
    Scrabble
    Sudoku
    Harbour Master
    Modern Combat

    Pages
    iBooks
Marvel Comics ( they eep adding free ones)
    Epicurious

I'm sure there are a ton more , but they seem to be getting lost on th eother thread

    Good idea or no?

    Excellent idea!

I'll have to wait until sometime tomorrow though. I'm not where my iPad is today and so won't be able to get the apps sorted till then.

Tom :)macwave:... he's where his iPad isn't!)

OO TV catchup is a great web link truely

iPlayer is also cracking as well

I see you can get leads to plug them into the 3 plugs on the TV ( yellow red and white) that would be great and could mean and end to DVDs  not sure if anyone has done that

You have a username that you can give out to your friends and they can send you little instant messages. You can also send files in the newer version, too  It's a really good way and often quicker than texting. It uses push notifications so you get a little alert the same as you would a text whenever you get a 'ping'.

I prefer whatsapp because a lot of my friends have blackerrys so I can speak to them also. It's also done by your phone number so it automatically adds anyone from your address book that's got whatsapp. It's something like £1.59 to buy.
