    Are they reliable?
    I asked them for a quote to get me from our villa to Coco. Waited a week, got no reply so resent the email. Still nothing as yet :unsure:

    Hmmmm, that's not a good sign, is it? They used to be quite reliable and a favorite of the locals. :unsure:

    I'd look into someone else if they aren't going to respond promptly.

    We are researching quotes for travel from WDW to Port Canaveral for 21 of us for the DCL cruise in August. There are many places to choose from, so don't hesitate to look elsewhere if you don't like the service.

    Diane we have used both Happy Limo and Quicksilver with no problems.

    I got quote from QS and I'm afraid my budget won't stretch that far...will go and look up Happy Limo :yes:

    Strange theywere highly responsive to me in Feb :thumbsup: couldn't rate them highl;y enough for service and clarity over the whole 'gratuity' thing - I rang them from the UK and he called me back straight away

    I mentioned Secrets so I hope anyone who calls them also mentions us :D

    they are less expensive than quicksilver.....

    but just like you Diane, I only know of those two...

    Emailed Happy Limo too and they replied within an hour.....with the wrong quote :lol:

    I agree, the email either went astray or perhaps the reply is in your spam/junk box or something? They've always been highly responsive to me in the many years of using them. (I'd be really surprised if that's changed)

    Well, I waited about a week and resent it. I am assuming that they don't want to do the trip...maybe it's too far :shrug1:

    Well end of the day, Tink's right. If you don't like the service, use one of the many others. Just try and avoid the ones that charge rip off enforced gratuities if you can, that's a business practice that we shouldn't encourage unless there's really no option
