Due to the popularity of Guests wanting to meet Anna and Elsa, sometimes leading to queues in excess of 300 minutes, Disney is to trial a new system.

At the meet and greet in Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom, a timed return ticket program is being tested. It is very similar to the original FastPass system, where Guests who do not have FastPass+ reservations will be given a ticket with a specific time to return, although there will still be a moderate wait.

Guests who arrive early in the morning will still be able to enter the standby line, but the line will be cut off by Cast Members when the line reaches the building's entrance.

The new system is to be tested for a few days to see if this will help with the wait times.
