....I need to book our first Fastpasses.
It's going to be Animal Kingdom but I know I will not get FoP....maybe even not River Journey.

yeah sigh. We didnt want FoP but couldnt even get river journey. This whole onsite being able to book earlier thing is a REAL pain.

I think AP holders should be able to book even further in advance

We were able to get a FP for River Journey with no problems (30 days out) last summer but Christmas week may prove more difficult....we shall see in a few hours!

Yeah, I think AP holders should have a perk there too!
Well, I was ready on the page as the time ticked over to noon.....Flight of Passage all gone as expected. I got River Journey no problem.

indeed....the extra entry line into the parks has been useless for us so far as it has been just as long as the other entry lines. We will see what happens over Christmas/New Year

people were openly making fun of the AP entry lines last month. They were saying out loud Lets count how many people seem like they have APs in this line. Once or twice people even complained to the CMs at the gate.

It's a typical Disney problem. They'd like it to be a perk but they don't have the guys to enforce it. It really should simply not allow non-aps to go through which of course would end up with loads of people being turned away but they simply need to do it

I haven't noticed the AP lines being crowded at all. The problem I've noticed is that the regular lines are right in front of you when you get to the area whilst the AP line is way over there lol.

My issue with the lines was most noticeable in AK. We go there before park opening and we herded to the center lines and only after we had already been standing for 20 mins and the park was about to open did they open up the other lines...and of course all of the new comers bolted to them and got in ahead of those who waited 30+ mins to be admitted.

yeah we had that too. It's rookie crowd control and you just get the feeling that it's a few college kids trying their best sometimes at Disney
