    I've seen the announcements regarding this new bar - apparently it is MUCH loved in California, but I haven't been able to uncover why it's so popular...does anyone know anything about it?

    Grog? Huh. OK. Doesn't immediately bring Polynesia to mind, but then if you think of the "seafarers" that explored those islands, I guess grog works.

    At first glance I thought that long thing was a snake, and knew I'd never darken the door. Then I saw the suckers and realized it was a tentacle. :D I can deal with an octopus. :D
