I have and didn't like it, only because I don't like smoked ham and that is what it tasted like and looked like. But lots of people do like them and it wasn't dry or anything. If you like smoked ham you'll love these I think.

Yes, they don't taste a bit like turkey, and the meat doesn't look like it either. They are smoked, so the meat looks and really does taste like ham. I didn't care for them. They are tough, and greasy. They used to be cheap, but no longer.

I don't even like the look or smell of them, so there's no way I would try one.

I used to have to have one on every trip. I got turned off by the fact that they had way too many tendons in them. Then, BLAM, they changed them. Not only fewer tendons, but also more like real turkey meat. Alas that did not last long and they went back to the smoked ones with all the tendons again. I think I ate just one more. I would still have cravings for them however, until I read how many calories were in one and how much salt was in them. Definitely WAY too much of each and I haven't eaten one since. And I believe when I first started buying them they were a little over $6.00, now they are over $10.00. I can buy the whole darn bird that cheaply.

I remember when they were $4.50! I do think it's ridiculous that they are $10 now.

Tink, that was my original thought, but then I though no, nothing could have been that cheap. I do remember paying the price I originally mentioned though.
