    Thanks for the info Johnie. When I go next Easter my dad may have a handicapped parking tag due to knee replacement.

    Jacqui we are more than likely to be visiting in the evenings after going back to the villa and after dinner so wont be able to do that, also im not allowed to have a beer no more :lol:

    im really looking forward to visiting a few resorts tho :D

    Aww im sooo jealous i want to go back NOW :( we`re trying to move house so i cant even book anything at the moment :rolleyes008:) I didnt really have much to drink when we were there in the summer, i used to like a nice glass of wine or five, but it doesnt really agree with me anymore, i find myself giggling after 1 drink, DH & DD say i`m bad enough without alcohol :shocked025:

    ive never had a drink out there, well and alchy drink, im fired up and excited enough without that too :lol:

    Mick, don't forget you have to apply for a Florida disabled/handicapped permit now--no longer able to use UK permit.

    I don't recall all of the details--just that it's required. Not sure what the fee is--guessing $25 or so.

    If you haven't already done so, you might want to check to see what you'll need to bring to be granted the permit.

    thx, there is a sticky in the special needs forum with an email address :)

    the fee is $15 only

    yes everyone is saying that but its still accepted there, catherine used connahs there a few weeks back and never got challenged at all

    ive sent off scans of my badge and passport to them today to apply for one :D
