    Hi,

I'm planning to visit a store to get some stuff as people are raving their laundry product as well as scent bin lining etc.

Wouldn't mind buy couple of sauces etc also whitening toothpaste .

As we are staying in AKL and I'm wondering which store is better (walmart or target) and the nearest one or 'safest' as know some areas are bit dodgy as planning to visit late evening.

Personally I prefer Target over Walmart.
If you will have a car, there is a Target on 192 West which is "fairly" close to AK if you exit to the 192 via Entry Point Road.
When we were over there earlier this year they were buiding a new Walmart at the top of Old Lake Wilson Road close to the 192 which is nearer to AK for you but I`m not sure if it is open yet.

Ooh...I would say definitely. Although they were still working on the car parking area and the pumps for the fuel at the connecting garage just went in last week, they move quick in Florida. I think it will be open before we go back in December.

I prefer the quality at Target over Walmart...but for the basics and essentials Walmart def has the price beat hands down.

I prefer Target myself. Walmart does typically have better prices though. Orlando has the Super Target which is really nice and has a much better grocery selection.

The one on Rolling Oaks is closest to Animal Kingdom. [IMG]

I prefer Target over Walmart, but if it's just food that I'm buying then I prefer Publix as their food always seems fresher and nicer.

The thing that bugs me about Walmart of that the one opening in Old Lake Wilson Road will be more expensive because it is in a tourist area whereas we have always found the prices at Target to be the same wherever we go.

If we are there the same time as you (if we go next year) we can always take you shopping :hug2:
