Like the sound of this, but we're pretty committed for our upcoming trip, with Jellyrolls featuring after Illuminations on at least 2 nights. Will have another look though, to see if we can squeeze it in! Thanks for the heads-up!:)

    What is a beverage flight?

I love the idea of a wind-down, though it does seem a little pricey for snacks.

For a far cheaper option, base yourselves outside America/Japan/Italy (ie the furthest points away from the exit), stock up on nibbles pre-fireworks then after the finale take a seat on a bench and watch the crowds dispurse and enjoy your snacks and the Disney jingles!

It normally takes us an hour to amble from there back to the main fountain by which time you can spend another pleasant hour in the store before you amble back to the bus/car lot.

Ah - peace and quiet in Disney, there's nothing better! :)

Have definitely done this a time or two, especially during the Food & Wine Festival. To be honest, we've NEVER been in a great rush to leave EPCOT, it's our favorite park :)

    By the way, WELCOME!

It DOES feel expensive :/ if there starts to be a brilliant atmosphere in these wind-downs though, it could be worth it. Otherwise I agree, just amble slowly to the exit and it'll be as good :)

I'm also curious as to how "intimate" these events feel on EMH nights...

As are we! Sounds like a good deal. Usually had spent the entire there by that time so I would hope this old body could hold up to the demands.

I really fancy it! the reviews out there are very positive as an adult experience... problem is knowing what night we're going to be there and not coinciding with a meal there anyway

Oh dear, that means you have to make a decision and plan on being at Epcot just for that

You could always go across after you have been to BoG or any other place you are eating at another park/resort.
