Does it work? How long do you take it before travelling? As it sweet or liquid base?

A power strip. Between the four of us, our gadgets, and the ridiculous state of most of the electrical outlets in Disney Resorts - it is a must have for us.

I have news for you, except for Keith I don't know anyone who drinks Lipton. That stuff is just nasty. Tetley, or Salada is ok, but I prefer PG Tips, or Twinings (Irish Breakfast Tea) or sometimes Yorkshire. I use loose leaf tea at every opportunity, now that my Dearest Friend has sent me a proper tea pot. :D

So, back to bringing things, I don't know if you have it there, but Emergen C packets are something else I travel with. Oh, and either a Tide stick, or stain removal individual packets.

Like Brit, I'm teased mercilessly, but EVERYONE runs to me when they need something. I say we start charging the gigglers Brit, what say you? :D

Some people think it does and that's what matters with things like that. I'm guessing there is no scientific evidence in its favour though. If you're looking for stress management Keith have a look at mindfulness, it is the latest thing but I think it's fab and we should be teaching it in schools. It's basis is about being in the present and being aware. If you want a taster the headway app is a good taster. There are lots of good books too, mindfulness in a frantic world is very good.

I am interested in this also. Is the headway app a talking base app?

Ahhhhh I'd not thought about that, it tends to be talking based, apart from the books. Off to look for resources...

I have to take the brand of coffee I like and the brand of tea bags I like. Oh and marmite, sometimes I just get sick of food and need it on toast now and then over there.
