:sigh: as we were moving recently ( grrr snarl stupid people pulling out) I had my boxes of old LP's out of the loft - the kids genuinely had no idea what they were.

    And to cap it all

A patient has bought me a cardigan for Christmas

    :sigh:

    Pass me a Worthers

Awwwww. :hug2: You aren't complaining about gaining living experience, are you Doc? :hug2:

Cardigans are nice to have on the back of your office chair. Never know when a stray draft will waft through and send a chill down your back. :hug2: That your patient bought you a gift is the important factor, isn't it?

Now then, did you let your boys draw pictures on the "records" and then hang them for framing?

Similar experience recently with a relatives kid. Was trying to explain cassettes and LPs, next time I promised to bring some to show him.

He took his ipod earphones out and stared in wonder at them then just burst out laughing for a good ten minutes :nono:

Chris, the fact that they are giving you presents is marvellous though! You must have a good relationship with your patients!
