EPCOT was the second park built at the WDW resort. When it was opened on October 1 1982 it was named EPCOT Center until 1994 when it was change to just EPCOT. Disney’s unique Park of discovery where the magic of Disney touches the real world is the third-most visited theme park in the United States, and sixth most visited in the world. Epcot features two distinct worlds of discovery: Future World and World Showcase, each offer dazzling shows, interactive experiences and amazing attractions that are sure to ignite your senses. As you wander through Future World you will see all types of technology and have lots of high tech fun. World Showcase is 11 different nations all with their own architecture and ambassadors representing their culture. You can stop off in France for some pastries or how about watch an acrobatic show in China anything is possible. |
