Cinderella's Holiday Wish returns to the Magic Kingdom on November 4

During the Cinderella’s Holiday Wish stage show, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald, Goofy, Pluto and Cinderella appear to admire the lovely holiday decorations at the park. Then they share their ideas on how to decorate Cinderella Castle for the season. Fairy Godmother appears to help bring Cinderella’s suggestion to life – covering the castle in glittering ice, making it look just like her special glass slippers.

Credit Card Guarantee for some Dining Reservations
 
Walt Disney World Resorts are starting a new policy effective October 26, 2011, that will require a credit card guarantee for new reservations at Signature Dining and most Character Dining locations.

Cancellations to reservations made less than one day in advance will incur a $10 charge per person listed on the reservation, with the exception of Victoria and Alberts where there will be a $25 charge per person.

A new phone number specifically to cancel dining reservations, 407-WDW-CNCL 407 939 265 
has been added for guest convenience.

The following locations will require the new credit card guarantee:

The Jeweled Dragon Acrobats at Epcot

In China it is customary for aspiring athletes and acrobats to begin training and preparation at a very early age. The dream is to audition and be selected to join a professional acrobat troupe.

The Jeweled Dragon Acrobats are such a troupe and they have just launched a year-long engagement at Epcot, arriving directly from China. Consisting of six men and two women, all between 18 and 21 years old, the talented performers have been together as a troupe for three years.

These gifted acrobats perform five shows daily, five days a week in the China courtyard and showcase extraordinary feats of strength, agility and balance. I discovered this amazing troupe yesterday afternoon and am displaying a small gallery of snapshots to whet your appetite.

Free In-Room WiFi at Select Disney World Resorts from October 14

Walt Disney World is finally getting with the times and providing free in room wireless internet at DVC and Deluxe resorts starting today, October 14, 2011.

This has been discussed for a long time and hopefully it will become available for all resorts in the very near future.

The hotels available at the moment are:
