Where: Tomorrowland, Magic Kingdom
Type: gentle up and down style ride
FASTPASS: No
5,4,3,2,1.... LIFT OFF! This is the attraction you see right in the centre of Tomorrowland and the one you see when you look out towards the right of the Magic Kingdom from the Contemporary. It's the one with the spinning orbs and planets.
This is quite a busy little ride despite really being a rather simplistic up in the air style ride with rockets instead of the elephants you see in the Dumbo ride (although it is much higher up than Dumbo!) The ships fit two guests, one behind the other and as your ship spins, you can control a limited amount of up and down motion.
It's really not the ride to do if you don't like heights, motion and to be honest it's seen better days having first opened in 1974 known as Star Jets. So it can have a bit of an old theme park odour.
Wheelchair guests must transfer to the attraction
