This is a gentle Dumbo based flying ride over Fantasyland. It's similar to Astro Orbiter but with elephant cars instead of spaceships. You control your up and down motion as you go round.
It's one of the extra magic hour rides which and actually evening is probably the nicest time to ride given the view.
Preschoolers really seem to love this ride if the giggles and laughter is anything to go by.
