Where can I get good ribs, can anyone suggest anywhere?

I don't like them at the Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse (I still can't believe Chris got me in there  )

I used to get them at Chilies but it sounds as if it's wise to look for somewhere else.

Well, the best are going to be either at Ellie Lou's in Ocoee (Maguire Rd. Publix shopping center) Harry and Larry's in downtown Winter Garden, or Four Rivers. Ellie Lou's is a small place, but has some nice tables, etc. The other two are take out. You can eat at them, but it's not comfortable.

Sonny's is horrible, so avoid there. Bubbalicious is good, but I've only had their pulled pork, not their ribs, so can't comment.

Then of course, the best are Herself's. :D

Yes, we bought quite a big dinner there and brought it to Herself's mother's when there was company and no one wanted to cook. It was quite good, no doubt about it. Pricey, but good. Herself's is still better (honest!) and we prefer Ellie's or Larry and Harry's, but Four Rivers is definitely edible.

I actually love Longhorns for ribs. I used to favour Tony Romas until I tried them at Longhorns last Christmas....now I don't try them anywhere else

I don't know if they have a Famous Dave's in the Orlando area or not. They offer both the Baby Back and St. Louis Ribs (this is what we get). We love them. They have other things on the menu as well and lots of different BBQ sauces to put on the ribs. Our favorite is called Devil's Spit.

I'm not familiar with that restaurant, John. Not so sure I could eat anything with that name!

Just checked. There are two in Ft. Myers, and one in Miami. I wonder if our DisneyFreak has been there?

They are pretty good for sure, been to the one in Richmond, VA. Do they have Smokey Bones in FLA? I like their ribs.

We have a Smokey Bones here in Woodbridge, right across the street from Famous Dave's but we've never tried them. We don't get to Richmond often, and when we do we normally go to dinner at Buckhead's.

There are a couple of Smokey Bone's. Haven't been to one in ages. A group I used to work with liked to have lunch there. Haven't been since then.
