    Hi,

We are planning to visit Target at 3200 Rolling Oaks Blvd
Kissimmee. Is it safe? We likely to go after dark around 8pm or later.

We will be using Uber to get there and back.

    Thanks

    Jeff

I'm not familiar with the area, but Target is a "family" store. So it is probably relatively safe. What do you find interesting about Target that makes you want to visit?

The Store as a chain is more of an upscale Walmart. They have houshold goods and clothing as well as sundries-larger stores have a food section and Great Lakes Stores have a full grocery. They are a bit more expensive for things than Walmart-but for a one off stop they are slightly better quality (IMHO) than Walmart is. Safety really isnt the store its the area and for than I will have to defer to members who know that location...I do know that all Targets (like Wlamarts) are well lit and have security cams in the store as well as in the parking lot. I have been to some Targets in large urban areas (Chicago market) and never felt unsafe-but again I was a one off and may have been ignorant of the reality for the section I was in and was just lucky. You can view their selection online and that might help you decide if they are worth the stop.

Not sure what they might be....I know we can't get some foodie things here that you have- not sure what we have that you don't...check their website and see what they have and if its worth the stop.

USA has whole chickens in cans! we don't. Also the cans of soup over there are far superior than our soups. Creamed corn we don't have. The list is endless!

LOL....I have seen chicken breast in cans but not whole chickens....must be a good size can. Only time I ever use creamed corn is to make shepard's pie and Id rather use frozen than canned corn. Soup-usually make my own from leftovers but there def is a wide selection on that here, I know that the chocolate you have is so much better than what they pander to us; and I can not find the selection of jams and jellies that I saw when I went poking about stores in London (years and years ago). I guess it comes down to when you have it you dont see it and when you dont you want it.

Yes that breakfast in a can is just horrid. Georgie when we come over in 2021/22? Not decided yet, is there anything you would like us to bring from UK?
