absolutely hate it :( total disregard for everyone around them. Of course it's contagious too because a few do it and others then decide their little dears can't see without it so they copy.

nah ;( it's not worth it. Too many of them and I just look at it as if I say something, it's unlikely they'll change it'll just ruin their day as well so I just try and move.

The only time I've said anything was when we'd been waiting an hour and a half, and I heard a woman telling her kids to run in front of me.. So they ran on the outside of the rope, the woman then joined them and they were all told to move under the rope, right in front of me. Before I could say anything else, she was joined by her husband and they put the kids on their shoulders. I really did stand right in front of them and ignored their tutting

Really hate when that happened. I almost had a bit of show down with couple (without kids) push up the front.

Hate it. As I am short I have enough trouble with seeing so I no longer stand in a crowd.
This trip we watched Wishes whilst sitting down in Frontierland. Brilliant. :)

Sorry but I hate it too. If they are going to lift a child up to see then fair enough but only to their level. If they want a great view then get there early or, if for some reason that I don't understand you have to have a child lifted so high then stand at the back or at the side.
I'm sure that I read in Tokyo, a child can only be lifted up to the adult head height when watching parades etc

I have found that no one really uses the Train Station backside to watch the Parade. With my DS having issues with crowds I try to keep him out of the masses...we can enjoy and see the parades well from that venue. Not sure if it used for the nigth time castle show (haven't styed in the park that late in a while) and it may be too far from the castle to be of any use-but it's great for the afternoon parade.
