Start with Cold ez or other Zinc med. They work for me. Also hit you immune with Airbonrne for massive vitamin C and B. Hope you nip it in the bud. With the weather you have been having, I know the big day can't arrive too soon!

On a side note, I kind of liked getting paired for dinner with couples. On our first cruise we had 4 couples (including a gay couple) all celebrating our anniversaries. They were all awesome, we had a blast together. We spent a good part of our evenings together at shows and games and such.

I actually don't mind dining with other couples/groups usually - but it's really hard for Jon (as he actually IS quite shy). While doing research for our trip, I did find a roll call group on a cruise message board that I joined and have become quite friendly with two other couples that will be on the same ship. We plan to attend a Meet & Mingle together, and have drinks one night. It's always nice to have friends onboard!

We leave tomorrow morning for Houston - and it looks like we may have picked the only window of opportunity to get out of here between snow storms. Fingers crossed it stays that way! :fingers:

Indeed we are. Even with the airfare to/from Houston, this cruise was cheaper than anything we could book locally (winter cruises out of NYC are tough). The bonus is that a friend of mine from high school lives in Houston now, and he and his husband are picking us up at the airport and we are spending the evening with them! So it should be a fun evening!

Oh geez, oh geez!!!! I can only imagine. They are as obnoxious about it as those Texans. :D  Kind of like Olean. If you are in NY (southern tier area) you'd better be saying Oh Leigh Ann. :D
